What should gymnasts wear to class?

Faq Question Open Icon

Comfort is key! While many gymnasts love wearing leotards, they aren't essential to get started. A t-shirt and shorts or leggings are perfect for allowing free movement. For safety, please avoid clothes with zips, buttons, or hooded tops, and leave jewellery at home. We usually train in bare feet for the best grip and safety on the apparatus.

My child is a complete beginner, is that okay?

Faq Question Open Icon

Absolutely! Everyone starts somewhere, and we love welcoming new faces to the club. Our recreational programmes, such as Mini Gym and Animal Academy, are designed specifically for beginners. Our expert coaches are brilliant at guiding newcomers, building their confidence and skills at their own pace in a fun, supportive environment.

Can parents stay and watch the classes?

Faq Question Open Icon

Yes! We have a viewing balcony overlooking the main gymnastics hall where parents are welcome to stay and watch their child’s progress. Please note: For our 'Tiny Gym' parent-and-toddler sessions, you will be down in the gym participating with your little one!

Do you offer taster sessions before we commit?

Faq Question Open Icon

We know starting a new hobby is a big step! Yes, we generally offer paid taster sessions for our recreational classes, subject to availability. This allows your child to meet the coaches, see the facility, and give gymnastics a try before committing to a full block of classes. Please contact us to inquire about upcoming taster slots.

How do I book a class?

All our class bookings are managed online through our member portal. You can view our live timetable on the "Classes" page and click the booking links to register your child.
