Our Adult Gym classes are open to everyone aged 15+, whether you’re a complete beginner, returning after a break, or an ex-gymnast looking to get back on the apparatus. These semi-structured sessions offer a relaxed balance of coached support and independent training, giving you the freedom to work towards your own goals at your own pace. From learning new skills to improving strength, flexibility, and fitness, our coaches are on hand to offer guidance, progressions, and encouragement in a friendly, inclusive environment. Come challenge yourself, build confidence, and have a laugh while getting a great workout.
